needs of the Australian education sector. Additional curriculum packages
can be added depending upon which faculty
intends to use the training software. We can provide a more
basic program ACEProLiTE, to cater for school/TAFE/Universities
with limited curriculum requirements.
We can
tailor a training package to your school/TAFE/University's specific curriculum
requirements. As every school/TAFE/University's training needs are different we

Management System
The ACEProPLUS learning management
system is designed to deliver the content in the curriculum
packs. The software aims
to provide resources and a learning management system for safety
related training. Students will undergo instruction and training prior to using items of
equipment or engaging in activities at the school. The ACEProPLUS
training program provides the following features:

Safe Operating
Procedures for
individual items of equipment and activities

Knowledge tests & Certificates that
compliment the SOPs

Learning Management System permits
tracking of computer based safety instruction and testing.

Permits supervisors to setup courses,
allocate training units, record training registers and print out course
training histories.

Due dates and site specific training units
can be added and all records rollover into the next calendar year.

Our pricing structure works as follows:

Initial
once-off setup and delivery cost for the Learning Management
System (LMS) software, Work
Health & Safety Module and
Supervisor Resources – ACEProPLUS

Initial
once-off delivery cost of selected (optional) Curriculum
Packs – eg Industrial Technology Pack, Science Pack,
Construction Pack etc.
-
Monthly
Software As A Service (SaaS) Access Fee for each selected
Curriculum Pack. The
SaaS Access Fee covers you for upgrades to the LMS and
telephone technical support. (optional 12 or 24 mths)
-
Each
selected Curriculum Pack has it its own associated monthly
SaaS Access Fee – which is itemised on the Invoice. This
assists with budget allocations.

Then at
the end of the nominated SaaS Access period eg. 24 mths – an
Invoice will be raised for the next 24 mth period, invoicing
for the SaaS Access Fee ONLY.
